Welcome to SMART TV INSTALLERS. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our installation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
SMART TV INSTALLERS specializes in residential and commercial TV mounting, audio/video setup, and wire concealment.

Scope of Work: The specific services to be performed will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional requests made on-site (such as installing additional shelves, mounting extra TVs, or advanced wire concealment) will incur additional charges.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if the work area is unsafe, if the wall structure is compromised (e.g., severe water damage), or if the requested installation violates local building codes.

Arrival Windows: Due to traffic and the unpredictable nature of prior jobs, we provide arrival windows (e.g., 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM) rather than exact times. We will contact you when we are on the way.

Adult Presence: An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the entire installation to approve the TV placement and sign off on the completed work.
To respect the time of our technicians and other clients, we enforce the following policy:

Notice Required: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if the technician arrives and cannot access the property, will be subject to a cancellation fee of $[$50].

Clear Access: Please ensure the area where the TV will be mounted is clear of furniture, fragile items, and pets before the technician arrives.

Furniture Moving: Technicians are not movers. If heavy furniture (credenzas, entertainment centers) must be moved to perform the installation, we are not liable for any damage to the floor or the furniture itself.

Customer-Supplied Equipment: If you provide your own TV mount or cables, SMART TV INSTALLERS guarantees the labor but cannot warranty the hardware itself. If a customer-supplied mount fails or is missing parts, we are not liable.

Hidden Obstructions: While we use professional stud finders and scanners, we cannot see inside walls. SMART TV INSTALLERS is not liable for damage to hidden pipes, gas lines, unusual electrical wiring, or structural anomalies that could not be detected with standard equipment.

Metal Studs & Concrete: Installations on metal studs, brick, or concrete require special hardware. Please inform us in advance if your walls are not standard wood drywall. Additional fees may apply for special hardware.

Alterations: We are not responsible for cosmetic repairs (patching, painting) resulting from the installation or removal of equipment, nor for holes left behind if you decide to move the TV later.

Payment Due: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service.

Methods: We accept [Credit Cards, Cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc.].

Non-Payment: Failure to pay upon completion may result in legal action and/or removal of installed equipment.
We stand by our work. SMART TV INSTALLERS provides a 10-Year warranty on our installation labor.

Coverage: This covers loose mounts or leveling issues resulting from our installation.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

TV failure or pixel damage (unless caused directly by our negligence during the mount).

The "falling" of a TV caused by the wall structure failing (e.g., water damage, earthquakes).

Alterations made by the customer after our technician leaves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMART TV INSTALLERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.
We respect your privacy. We collect your contact information solely for the purpose of scheduling services and processing payments. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may occasionally send you emails regarding special offers or service reminders, which you may opt out of at any time.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
