2. Services Provided

SMART TV INSTALLERS provides professional TV mounting and related installation services for residential and commercial clients, including but not limited to:

  • Wall mounting of televisions
  • Wire concealment and cable management
  • Soundbar and accessory installation
  • Home and office setup services

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Prices are subject to change based on job complexity, wall type, or additional labor/materials required.
  • Any additional work requested on-site may incur extra charges.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
  • If our technicians are unable to complete the job due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect information, restricted access), a service fee may still apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding wall type, TV size, and installation conditions
  • Ensure clear and safe access to the installation area
  • Confirm permission from landlords or property managers if required
  • Secure pets and remove obstacles before technician arrival

6. Installation Limitations

While we strive for expert-level results, the following limitations apply:

  • We are not responsible for hidden obstacles inside walls (e.g., pipes, wiring, studs irregularities).
  • Certain wall types (e.g., metal, concrete, or specialty surfaces) may require additional materials or may not support installation.
  • Wire concealment may not always be possible depending on wall structure and building codes.
  • Our technicians will advise on the safest and most appropriate installation method.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • SMART TV INSTALLERS is not liable for pre-existing wall damage, structural weaknesses, or hidden hazards.
  • We are not responsible for damage to improperly mounted or previously installed equipment.
  • Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Warranty & Satisfaction

  • We offer a limited workmanship guarantee on installations performed by our technicians.
  • Any issues must be reported within 30 days of service.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, external damage, or modifications by third parties.

9. Product Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility of their TV, mounts, and accessories.
  • If we supply materials, they are covered only under their respective manufacturer warranties.

10. Safety & Compliance

  • Final installation decisions are made based on safety and structural integrity.
  • We reserve the right to refuse unsafe installations.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of SMART TV INSTALLERS and may not be used without permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your personal information and do not sell your data.
